Yesterday,it was so unlucky for me to lose so many shots and i gonna do 50push up....sian diao..... den the footwork 6 sets of 10.... squat down turn right left right den stand up throw the shutter over net den run forward.... do all tis made me body start to ache liao.....

After bad training, haha club go mac eat den crap all the way to causeway ... me usually didnt craap so much ,yesterday was exceptionally different...really very unusual... laugh until stomach goin cramp...
Den at mac, haha club crapped alot laughed until mad.... yesterday really very high..even hui said wow u hav started to become so humorous liao..hui said i mus also jia you cannot lose to ur...lol..

Today in sch wanting walk to interchange, i used my hand n chopped on yenfi's shoulder..haha ...he got a shock tinkin i something wrong is it? me is like tat one...suddenly ll do some stupid weird things tat make pp puzzle.....pp tink i crazy...
