Bad training run 8rounds...after tat play captain ball...two teams...apple n orange...

orange-loke,xl,hui,xinyi,lishi, shuyi..
nv thought tat captain ball can be so tiring.....my left face knocked by jiamin den again hit by the ball when tracy pass me the ball....haha.....ah wang being the person standing on the bench to catch the ball was hit by the ball on her head.... xinyi left leg cramp... hui n steph(butterflylover)haha... really hav alot of fun today although cannot play bad.....captain ball also nice!!!
